ELIeN Group, LLC has strategically and successfully advised Ownership, Developers and their Owners's Representatives on the procurement of Real Estate Assets for purchase as well as Sales & Value-Added Opportunities of their current holdings.
In addition, we also assist in General Contractors as well as Construction Management Firms with business development opportunities in various construction-related projects, anywhere from a small office fit-out to a ground-up 50 story luxury residential tower.
